HOW DO I ENROLL TO BECOME AN AEROPLAN MEMBER?

If you are not already an Aeroplan member, you can enroll by phone at 1-800-361-5373 or online at aeroplan.com.

HOW DO I CLAIM MY MILES ?

Your Atlas representative will give you an Aeroplan submission form to complete, or download submission form here (English or French).  Simply return it to the address shown on the form or fax it to (905) 844-7236, along with a copy of your Bill of Lading or Local Work Order and the miles will be credited to your Aeroplan account

Q What types of moves are eligible for Aeroplan¨ Miles?
A There are three distinct types of moves that are eligible for Aeroplan Miles: Local Moves, Long Distance Moves, and International Moves initiated by an Atlas agent based in Canada (and not in the United States).

Q What is the definition of a local move?
A A local move is usually a move that takes place within the same city but can be any move that is less than 150 miles from point of origin to point of destination, providing the move takes place within the same country.

Q How many Aeroplan Miles do I receive for a local move with an Atlas Van Lines' agent?
A You will receive 500 Aeroplan Miles for a local move.

Q How many Aeroplan Miles do I receive for a long distance move with an Atlas Van Lines agent?
A You will receive 2500 Aeroplan Miles for a long distance move.

Q What is the definition of a long distance move?
A A long distance move is any move that is in excess of 150 miles from point of origin to point of destination.  A long distance move can be between cities within Canada, from Canada to the United States or from the United States to Canada. Cross border moves under 150 miles are considered long distance moves.

Q What is the definition of an International Move?
A An international move is an overseas move to any country other than Canada or the continental United States.

Q How many Aeroplan Miles do I receive for an international move with an Atlas Van Lines' agent?
A You will receive 5000 Aeroplan Miles for an international move.

Q What do I have to do to ensure that I receive my entitlement of Aeroplan Miles?
A It's very simple. Once your move is completed, simply fill out the
submission form that appears on the inside of this brochure and return it with a copy of your local work order for a local move; your bill of lading for a long distance move or your invoice for an international move. This paperwork can be mailed or faxed to Atlas Van Lines. If you prefer to email your submission, you must include a scanned copy of the paperwork noted above.

Q How long do I have to claim for my Aeroplan Miles?
A All submissions must be received at Atlas' office in Oakville, ON within 90 days from the date your shipment delivers to your new residence.

Q Where else can I earn additional Aeroplan Miles?
A As an Aeroplan member, you can earn Aeroplan Miles from a wide range of other partners including airline, hotel, car rental, financial and specialty partners.  Visit aeroplan.com for a complete listing of Aeroplan partners.
